Our customer is a leading technology company specializing in LiDAR systems for ADAS, autonomous vehicles, and robotics applications. Their solutions empower the automotive industry and other sectors to achieve safer and more reliable autonomous navigation.
To stark the sales team in Germany, they are seeking a proactive and driven Sensor Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in B-to-B sales within the factory automation industries.
Location: Stuttgart, Germany
Travel Requirement: 10%
Responsibilities:
- Double-check purchase orders (POs) from customers.
- Facilitate order processing and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize smart tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to identify key decision-makers in target accounts.
- Support the sales team by compiling lists of qualified leads.
- Assess lead quality and readiness for sales engagement.
- Prioritize leads based on potential value and alignment with the company's offerings.
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and use cases.
- Provide relevant product information to prospects during communications.
- Regularly update customer interactions and lead progress in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Generate sales reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Work with Marketing to align campaigns and messaging with sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the Field Application Team for technical support and customer inquiries.
- Draft proposals for events and gather pricing offers from vendors.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for customer-related events and training sessions.
- Provide relevant information and data to enable the sales team to focus on winning opportunities.
- Support the sales team with resources and insights to help achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to understand product specifications and communicate effectively to customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
